Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer

I offer online nutrition and fitness coaching based on YOUR goals, preferences, and lifestyle. My nutrition coaching program is designed to take the guesswork and gimmicks out of weight loss. No fad diets, quick fixes, or required supplements to buy! Instead, you will receive customized calorie/macro targets and simple, science-based nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals in a way that is healthy and sustainable. If you would like fitness coaching as well, I will design a custom exercise program for you that will help you lose weight and improve your overall fitness. Since a nutrition and fitness plan will only be effective if you can stick to it, I believe that frequent, open communication between client and coach is critical to success. In addition to my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certifications as a nutrition coach and personal trainer, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a master's degree in education, so I understand the principles of behavior modification and effective teaching. As a full-time working mom for many years, and as someone who did not become an athlete until age 39, I know how difficult it is to make lasting lifestyle changes with limited time and energy. I will teach you strategies that will help you to successfully navigate the challenges, and I will provide accountability and support with unlimited email, messaging, phone calls, and/or video chat as well as scheduled weekly check-ins.
